Technical Product Specialist in Field Service (m/f)
Region St. Gallen and Gundetswil/Winterthur

As a product specialist, you are the central interface between our customers, sales, rental, and internal departments. You successfully combine technology, application, and sales.

Your tasks

• You are on site with our customers, presenting our machines in practical use and training users in safe and efficient operation.

• You manage existing customer relationships and actively acquire new customers and sales projects

• You support sales with technically demanding quotations and projects

• You work closely with internal teams and ensure knowledge transfer

• You participate in trade fair appearances and customer events – from organisation to professional presence on site

• A company vehicle is available to you, which you can also use privately

Your profile

• Completed technical or commercial training, ideally as a construction, agricultural machinery, or truck mechanic

• Several years of professional experience in the construction machinery and/or construction sector

• Solid technical understanding combined with sales and consulting skills

• Enjoyment of direct customer contact, communicative personality, and independent working style

• Residence in the sales area
