How you create added value

You build a team within EveryWare's Microsoft IT Services - embedded in an organisation with 50+ engineers and five existing teams doing the same. You have peers who know how it works, a well-established structure around you and yet the freedom to shape your team according to your ideas.

What to expect specifically:

• You lead your team disciplinarily and professionally: one-to-one meetings, capacity planning, development of team members.
• You ensure service quality and SLA compliance towards customers and escalate if necessary.
• You work closely with the five other team leads and with Sven Syfrig, Head of Microsoft IT Services.
• You actively operate and develop Windows Server, M365 and Azure environments for customers.
• You take on technical project management for migrations, IT outsourcing and infrastructure upgrades.
• You solve complex problems in 3rd-level support and keep architecture descriptions and runbooks up to date.

What sets you apart

You are not a leader detached from day-to-day business. You still know what a runbook looks like and can read and write PowerShell. At the same time, you know how to lead and develop a team - in an environment that demands high technical standards.

What you bring:

• 2-3 years of experience in a team lead or senior role with personnel responsibility.
• Several years of practical experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 - from operations, not just theory.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure and hybrid infrastructures.
• Structured communication at all levels: team, customers, management - in German and English, French is a plus.
• Experience with capacity planning and prioritisation in a managed services environment.
• PowerShell skills and experience with automation.
