Quality Inspector / Plastics Technologist (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a global market leader in the development and production of additive and colour masterbatches and compounds for polyester and specialised plastics. As a global brand owner and preferred partner for plastics processing companies, they support the development of innovative products and highly specialised solutions.
Role:
Conduct incoming goods, in-process and final inspections according to test plans
Testing of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products
Documentation and evaluation of test results in the ERP system
Release or blocking of products according to quality specifications
Participation in root cause analyses and implementation of corrective actions
Support in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment
Close cooperation with production, development and quality management
Responsibilities:
Quality control (QC) of raw materials and finished products
Conducting laboratory analyses in the field of plastic granulates
Internal communication of measurement results and forwarding of analysis data to the companies of the Sukano Group
Issuing product releases and recording the associated costs and time expenditures
Support in the development and introduction of new testing methods
Participation in the creation and release of technical documentation
Planning and conducting employee training sessions
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training in a technical or plastics processing field
Experience in quality testing, ideally in the plastics industry
Good German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
Structured, careful and team-oriented working style
