- Management and execution of demanding projects in the Microsoft environment
- Consulting and technical support for clients in the introduction and optimisation of cloud and workplace solutions
- Active participation in expanding the internal Microsoft competence area
- Development of new services and solution approaches in the Microsoft 365 environment
- Technical support of the team in complex issues in third-level support
- Automation of processes and workflows using PowerShell
- Collaboration on modern Azure and Microsoft infrastructures
- Several years of experience in project work with Microsoft 365 technologies
- Proven professional experience with an IT service provider
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Exchange Online, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Azure Infrastructure as a Service
- Good knowledge of PowerShell and automation
- Very good knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems including Active Directory
- Independent, committed, and empathetic personality
- High service orientation and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Teams telephony, and Microsoft Purview as well as existing Microsoft certifications are advantageous
- Fluent German skills (C2) and business fluent English (C1)
- Possession of a category B driving licence
- Guaranteed home office up to 3 working days per week

Responsibilities
- Design, implementation, and further development of modern Microsoft 365 solutions for clients- Management and execution of demanding projects in the Microsoft environment
- Consulting and technical support for clients in the introduction and optimisation of cloud and workplace solutions
- Active participation in expanding the internal Microsoft competence area
- Development of new services and solution approaches in the Microsoft 365 environment
- Technical support of the team in complex issues in third-level support

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology/platform development including relevant IT further education (HF; FH; University; ETH)- Several years of experience in project work with Microsoft 365 technologies
- Proven professional experience with an IT service provider
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Exchange Online, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Azure Infrastructure as a Service
- Good knowledge of PowerShell and automation
- Very good knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems including Active Directory
