Among them, the MEROBA Geneva 111.3 Agency, which aims to manage the affiliations of companies in the technical building trades, collect and control the application of federal and cantonal social contributions.

To strengthen its team, the MEROBA Geneva 111.3 Agency is looking for a short-term temporary assignment:

100% Payroll Manager - TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT

Your main tasks:

Nominal lists and decisions:

• Verification of monthly declarations
• Entry of monthly declarations
• Ensure the correct application of contributions
• Reminder of nominal lists
• Preparation of monthly contribution decisions
• Inform affiliated companies by phone/email/counter

Transmission of information to other institutions:

• Processing requests for new AHV or duplicate cards
• Processing monthly announcements of new employees to MEROBA
• Recording APG requests
• Check personal/salary/payment destination data

Your profile:

• Accounting or payroll management training, or professional experience deemed equivalent.
• Previous experience in accounting, payroll management or an administrative field involving a significant volume of data entry of at least 3 years.
• Good knowledge of Swiss social insurances and various employee and employer contributions.
• Excellent command of IT tools, great ease in navigating between different software and fast data entry.
• Ability to process a large volume of data quickly, accurately and rigorously.
• Analytical mind and sense of control, enabling identification of inconsistencies, error detection and necessary corrections.
• Methodical, organised, autonomous person capable of maintaining a high level of concentration when performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to integrate quickly into a team and be operational within a short time.
