Finance and Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 110,000Role:
Our ROCKEN partner is a growing company in the field of renewable energies located in Zurich. In this role, you are responsible for financial accounting and payroll administration and prepare the financial statements together with the CFO. With your expertise and ideas, you further develop the financial processes and accompany the company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage the financial accounting of two companies including general ledger, inventory accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
In accounts receivable management, you support the monitoring of outstanding receivables as well as dunning and debt collection.
You prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in close coordination with the CFO and act as the contact person for the external audit.
You prepare VAT returns including sales reconciliations as well as the annual tax declaration.
You take over payroll accounting for more than 20 employees including social security notifications and ensure reconciliation with financial accounting.
Together with the IT team, you optimise financial processes and their mapping in the ERP system Flectra.
Qualifications:
You ideally complement a commercial basic education with further training in finance, for example the professional certificate in finance and accounting.
Several years of experience in financial accounting and payroll accounting enable you to independently manage your area of responsibility.
You work confidently with ERP systems and MS Office; knowledge of Odoo or Flectra is an advantage.
Networked thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style characterise you.
You enjoy contributing in a dynamic environment and actively shaping change.
Very good German skills complete your profile; knowledge of French is an additional plus.
