Role:
In this role, you design the entire Value Stream Asset Management and are responsible for products, capabilities, resources, competencies, applications and platforms that digitally support the asset lifecycle of the energy infrastructure. You manage solutions from asset management systems through GIS, BIM, IoT/OT to digital twins and ensure they are developed consistently both technically and technologically. In line with the SAFe framework, you take on the role of product manager for all products of the value stream and shape their strategic direction, prioritisation and further development. You work closely with the business owners and coordinate strategy, roadmap, priorities and resource requirements with them. This way, you define the type and scope of services needed for a future-proof energy infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Build the value stream, lead interdisciplinary teams and establish product teams according to SAFe
Be responsible for product visions, roadmaps and value stream backlog for GIS, BIM, EAM, control systems and metering
Manage transformations around asset management, cloudification, automation and application consolidation
Translate business requirements into product, architecture and technology decisions with measurable value contribution
Coordinate business owners, ICT domains and departments as well as align budgets for run, change and transformation
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in infrastructure asset management, ideally in energy, transport, water or telecommunications
Experience in digitalisation with GIS, BIM, EAM systems, IoT/OT or digital twin technologies
Proven leadership, project or programme experience in asset, engineering or transformation environments
University degree in engineering, geomatics, construction, electrical engineering, business informatics or a comparable field
Experience with SAFe, stakeholder management and product-oriented organisations as well as very good German and good English
