What if we launched a catering project together?

I am looking for a cook with an entrepreneurial spirit to develop a small fast food concept in the Morges / Gros-de-Vaud region.

The idea: start small, with controlled investment, fresh products, a short menu and efficient organisation. Build a clientele, run a first establishment and see together where the adventure can lead us. The concept and location remain to be refined with the right person.

TWO COMPLEMENTARY SKILLS
Entrepreneur and certified accountant, I will bring my financial and administrative skills: business plan, structuring and financing search, accounting, cost, margin and profitability monitoring.

On your side, you will bring your culinary expertise and take charge of daily operations:
• Design a simple, attractive and quality menu.
• Organise the kitchen, production and service.
• Select products and suppliers, manage purchases and stocks.
• Ensure hygiene, quality and consistency of preparations.
• Participate in organising and supervising a small team.

THE PROFILE SOUGHT
A culinary training (CFC or equivalent), practical experience and a real desire to build a joint project. Autonomy, common sense, reliability and team spirit are very important. Experience in kitchen or establishment management would be an asset.

A COLLABORATION TO BUILD
The project is in the development phase. I am looking for a future operational partner, with a possibility of partnership. The form of collaboration, activity rate, remuneration and possible capital participation will be defined together before any commitment. The rate displayed on the platform is indicative and concerns the future operation. The indicated location corresponds to the administrative address; the establishment is to be found in the Morges / Gros-de-Vaud region. The start date is to be agreed according to the progress of the project.
