Role:
In this role, you will independently manage your mandates and professionally handle all fiduciary tasks. You act as the direct contact person for your clients and maintain an exchange on equal terms with entrepreneurs, managing directors, and international contacts. You use your payroll experience to competently manage complex issues in the payroll and personnel area. You make well-founded decisions within your mandates and ensure reliable, efficient processing. Through your commitment, you significantly shape the quality of customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
You independently manage financial accounting including subsidiary ledgers (Topal, Bexio, Infoniqa)
You manage internationally oriented mandates
You prepare interim and annual financial statements
You handle complex payroll accounting and process social security and withholding tax declarations
You take on personnel administration
You prepare VAT declarations and annual reconciliations
You advise clients professionally on business management issues
Qualifications:
Ideally, you have further training in fiduciary or accounting (e.g. professional certificate or in training)
You bring several years of experience in the fiduciary sector
You have solid payroll knowledge
You have very good knowledge of Swiss social security and VAT law
You communicate very well in German and English
