Project Manager Infrastructure / Building Services, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You independently plan projects in the areas of conversion and expansion of infrastructure (heating, ventilation, cooling, steam and water treatment)
• You actively assist with the evaluation, procurement and commissioning of new systems
• You collaborate on productivity and process optimisations and oversee projects including cost control
• Additionally, you implement energy and environmental projects and prepare investment proposals
• You plan and create layouts using CAD
• The workload can be 90% or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a craft or technical education in an industrial environment, e.g. as a polymechanic, building services planner / building services technician, automation technician, plant and apparatus builder or comparable (m/f/d)
• Further training as a technician TS / HF, industrial foreman, maintenance specialist or similar is also important
• Professional experience in building services and CAD knowledge are also required
• Do you describe yourself as independent, conscientious, competent and structured?
