Role:
As a Collaboration & Workplace Engineer, you immerse yourself in the Microsoft 365 world and design modern, digital workplace solutions for your clients. You navigate confidently through Admin Centre, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online and PowerApps, gather customer requirements and implement them in your own projects – independently or together with experienced specialists. You reliably maintain existing installations, make appropriate adjustments and ensure smooth collaboration. In doing so, you bring your enthusiasm for M365 and gradually expand your know-how.
Responsibilities:
You continuously expand your Microsoft 365 knowledge and develop professionally
You work routinely with Microsoft Admin Centre, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online and PowerApps
You gather customer requirements and realise them in projects – independently or in a team
You maintain existing customer installations and carry out targeted adjustments
Additionally, you ensure stable, future-proof workplace solutions through clean implementation and documentation
Qualifications:
You have completed a basic IT education with certification
You bring solid experience with Microsoft clients as well as Microsoft Office M365 products
You have knowledge in the modern workplace environment (SharePoint, Teams and others)
You are enthusiastic about Microsoft 365 and want to develop further in this area
You work independently, solution-oriented and customer-friendly
You are team-oriented and enjoy working with other specialists
