Manufacturing Operator (M/F)

Mandated by one of our clients, a prestigious Watchmaking Manufacture in the region, we are looking for a:

You have several years of experience in the watchmaking sector
You are comfortable with tweezers and proficient in using the binocular microscope
You have great dexterity and are meticulous in your tasks
You are open-minded, dynamic and autonomous
You ideally have your own transport as the schedule is 2x8 shifts
You perform various manual operations or on semi-automatic machines
You carry out a visual self-inspection of your production
You report non-conformities and participate in continuous improvement
You ensure production monitoring and machine maintenance (first-level maintenance)
