Setup, maintenance and further development of security and network infrastructures for clients
Analysis and resolution of faults in 1st-/2nd-level support
Execution of upgrades, adjustments and lifecycle activities via change management
Optimisation and automation of customer services as well as maintenance of documentation and processes
Coordination and communication with clients, partners and internal teams
Qualifications:
Completed IT training (EFZ) with 2-3 years of experience in network technology
Knowledge and certifications in Fortinet, Extreme LAN/WLAN, Zabbix Monitoring as well as Palo Alto are advantageous
Experience in project management, change management and ITIL processes
Interest and further development in the field of cyber security
Very good German and English skills spoken and written
