Software Engineer Avaloq 80 – 100% (m/f/d)
What you will achieve
- Together with our internal stakeholders, you analyse user requirements and develop customised solution approaches.
- In close collaboration with the specialist department, you develop sustainable software adjustments on our core banking system Avaloq and thus inspire our employees outside IT.
- You actively participate in exciting and innovative implementation and further development projects and contribute significantly to the continuous evolution of our entire IT platform.
- You quickly take responsibility for entire, jointly defined subject areas and ensure their operation.
What you bring with you
- You have an IT or banking-related education, ideally complemented by a university of applied sciences or university degree.
- You have knowledge of database concepts and are proficient in SQL.
- In specific banking-related subject areas, you have already gained several years of experience in requirements engineering as well as in the further development of the Avaloq core system.
- Ideally, you already have an ACCP certification in the area of Core Technology or are willing to obtain it.
- You are familiar with agile software development concepts.
- Experience in one or more of the areas of investments (e.g. securities processing, trading) or payment transactions (e.g. processing, reconciliation, card processing) or reporting processing (e.g. SWIFT) or master data/compliance is an advantage.
- You are an independent, resilient and performance-oriented personality with strong analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy interacting with others as well as working in a team.
- You have a good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
