For our client, an established and successful Swiss company in the food industry, we are looking for a committed individual for a responsible leadership role in accounting. As part of the continuous development of the finance department, accounting is being specifically strengthened and further developed. Together with your team, you will ensure the smooth running of accounting processes, actively drive process optimisation, and make an important contribution to the financial management of the company. For this versatile and responsible position, we are looking for a professionally competent, strong leader with a hands-on mentality as Teamlead Accounting 100%.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You will take on the professional and personnel leadership of an eight-member accounting team and ensure the smooth running of financial processes
• You are responsible for the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial statements of several companies according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR as well as VAT returns
• You actively drive the further development, harmonisation and digitalisation of financial processes and optimise existing workflows
• As a sparring partner, you work closely with internal stakeholders from finance, IT and the operational business areas and promote cross-location collaboration

You offer your new employer:

• You have further training in finance and accounting (e.g. professional certificate) or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in accounting
• Sound experience in preparing financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR and feel comfortable in a demanding financial environment
• Very good SAP S/4HANA knowledge (FI/CO) is an advantage as well as business fluent German and good English skills
• You convince with your hands-on mentality, analytical thinking and an appreciative, motivating leadership style
