Head of Communications 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You report directly to the Head of Marketing and are part of the management team

• Leadership and coordination of a dynamic communications team with specialists in graphic design, content creation and marketing management

• Strategic development and operational implementation of integrated communication concepts and cross-media campaigns

• Creation of compelling content for various communication channels, business areas and international markets with a focus on editorial quality

• Responsibility for consistent coherence and high quality of all communication content as well as continuous maintenance and further development of corporate identity and corporate design guidelines

• Monitoring and evaluation of all communication measures for continuous success measurement and optimisation

• Intensive collaboration with internal interfaces such as product management, brand activation team and sales as well as with national and international stakeholders

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a personality with the following qualifications:

• Completed university degree in communication, marketing or a comparable field

• Extensive professional experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably with proven leadership experience

• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written form as well as a strong sense for editorial content and texts

• Strong understanding of brand management and design

• Creative thinking, originality and the ability to prepare demanding topics in a target group-oriented manner

• Confident command of the German language, very good English and good French skills

• High affinity for digital communication channels including social media, web, SEO and SEA

• Confident use of MS Office applications

• Strong team orientation, organisational talent and an independent working style

• Interest in technical topics and contexts
