Junior Consultant City of Zurich (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF60,000 - 65,000Rocken® has developed a web-based online platform for job searching and talent acquisition that digitalises the application process and supports companies in quickly recognising talents in the market and securing them for the long term. Responsibilities:
- Independently conducting recruiting and selection processes in the area of specialists and executives
- Taking responsibility for the complete project success - methodically, actively managing and sustainably: customer acquisition, profile recording, defining search paths, conducting interviews, assessment, presentation to the customer and closing
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Advising and supporting candidates and customers throughout the entire selection process
- Conducting market analyses and determining customer needs
- Representing the company at events and trade fairs, as well as on-site with customers
Qualifications:
- Education in business administration, marketing, psychology, HR or similar
- Enthusiasm for technologies and digitalisation
- Confident appearance, convincing personality
- Very good German and English skills
- Strong willingness for further education and development
