For an internationally active family business in the food industry, we are looking for a sales-strong personality with a solid understanding of the Swiss retail trade and the consumer goods sector. You will develop key accounts further, increase sales and margin, and open up new business opportunities.
Daily Business
- Management & expansion of defined key accounts
- Responsibility for sales, margins & forecasts
- Customer strategies & annual meetings
- Terms, promotions & campaigns
- Expansion of distribution, listings & assortment
- Further development of private label
- Acquisition of new customers & sales channels
- Market analyses & sales reporting
- Collaboration with marketing, supply chain & sales operations
Your Background
- Experience in key account management / sales
- Solid knowledge of Swiss retail trade
- Experience in FMCG / food
- Degree or advanced commercial training
- Network in the Swiss trade environment
- Degree or advanced commercial training
- Network in the Swiss trade environment
- Strong negotiation skills & entrepreneurial mindset
- Analytical & structured
- Experience in project management
- German+++ & English++, French an advantage
- ERP/CRM, Excel & BI skills; SAP an advantage
- Driving licence category B & willingness to travel
