Polygrapher – Prepress Manager (M/F)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced certified polygrapher with at least 5 years of proven prepress experience, to take charge of file preparation and ensure the technical quality of work before printing

Your mission

• Supervise and manage all prepress activities, from file reception to their validation for production.

• Check, correct and optimise files intended for printing.

• Verify colour separations, colour profiles, bleed areas, overprints and PDF standards.

• Manage prepress production workflows and ensure deadlines are met.

• Identify and resolve technical issues before production launch.

• Coordinate communications with clients, graphic designers and production teams.

• Ensure a high level of quality and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Your profile

• Certified polygrapher qualification required.

• Minimum 5 years of proven prepress experience.

• Excellent command of technical constraints related to various printing processes.

• Strong knowledge of professional prepress software and tools.

• Proficiency in checking and preparing PDF files for printing.

• Autonomy, rigour, sense of responsibility and ability to manage priorities.

• Analytical mindset, responsiveness and ability to solve technical problems.

• Ability to make decisions and ensure file quality before production launch.
