Your tasks:

• Assist and support the sales team in their efforts and market prospecting
• Prepare offers and orders according to the company process
• Handle customer requests
• Telephone and written contact with customers
• Support for regional external service colleagues
• Active communication with internal and external departments

Your profile:

• Basic commercial training (CFC) with good technical understanding or basic technical training with good administrative understanding
• Several years of professional experience with administrative practice and telephone contact with customers (preferably sales service advice)
• Proficiency in IT tools (Office 365) and willingness to familiarise yourself with other systems
• Native French speaker with oral knowledge of German (level B1)
• Conscientious, pleasant, efficient and communicative person with negotiation skills, customer and service-oriented mindset, well organised
