What makes this position particularly interesting and stimulating:

• You monitor various payments (BVR and CCP management), dunning and legal procedures up to the accounting of irrecoverables
• You negotiate and approve payment plans with clients
• You actively participate in the development and adaptation of processes related to the business within the framework of various company projects
• You provide our affiliates/insured persons with general information on social insurances

What you bring to HOTELA:

• You have a CFC qualification or equivalent, as well as experience in a debt collection service
• You have a liking for numbers and a keen interest in social insurances. Additionally, you are comfortable using office tools; knowledge of the Collecta programme is an advantage
• You are at ease with both telephone and written correspondence
• You are a native French or German speaker and have a very good knowledge of the other language (German language level B2-C1 minimum)
• You demonstrate autonomy while knowing how to work in a team. You have a sense of priorities and attention to detail
• Dynamic and flexible, you are comfortable in human contacts and know how to build a trusting relationship with your various interlocutors
