What makes this position particularly interesting and stimulating:

• You are responsible for analysing and processing files in German and French in the field of family allowances and care allowance
• You carry out eligibility checks as well as benefit calculations
• You are in daily contact with our insured persons, various providers and social institutions.

What you bring to HOTELA:

• You hold a commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or an equivalent qualification
• You are a native French or German speaker and have excellent knowledge of the other language (C1)
• You have knowledge or prior experience in the field of social insurances
• You hold the Generalist Certificate in social insurances (an advantage)
• You are an organised, proactive person ready to continuously train in your field of activity. You are capable of working both in a team and independently

Your tasks

• You analyse and process files in the area of family allowances and care allowance in German and French.
• You check eligibility and calculate benefits.
• You are in daily contact with our insured persons as well as with various service providers and social insurance institutions.

Your profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification.
• Your mother tongue is German or French and you have excellent knowledge of the other language (level C1)
• You bring knowledge or initial professional experience in the field of social insurances.
• Ideally, you hold the certificate as a social insurance generalist.
• You are an organised and proactive person and ready to continuously further your education in your field. You enjoy working both in a team and independently.
