For our client, we are seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to strategically and operationally further develop the entire service department. In this responsible position, you will shape the service organisation with a future-oriented approach, optimise existing processes and structures, and actively drive the advancement of the department, both at a strategic level and in day-to-day operations. You will apply your leadership skills to motivate teams, sustainably increase efficiency and service quality, and successfully expand the department in the long term.
- Overall responsibility for the department in terms of technical, disciplinary, and organisational aspects
- Building and maintaining long-term, partnership-based customer relationships
- Promoting and developing employees in the technical field service
- Supporting the introduction of new digital tools and participating in internal projects
- Ability to manage the area of responsibility economically successfully
- Good knowledge of the region and established professional networks locally
- Strong social skills and value-oriented leadership behaviour
- Confident handling of digital solutions and openness to innovations
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
