IT System Engineer Microsoft & Cloud (m/f/d)

In 2nd/3rd level support, you assist users with workplace, server, cloud, and network issues
You ensure operations and further develop our hybrid Microsoft infrastructure
You analyse and resolve faults independently or forward them appropriately
You participate in infrastructure, automation, and digitalisation projects
Additionally, you optimise operational processes and contribute your own ideas
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology or equivalent
Several years of experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure and networks
Knowledge of Intune and Entra ID is a plus
Fluent written and spoken German and enjoyment of consulting and complex solutions
