Execution Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the execution planning of a demanding public major project in the Zurich region. You will strengthen an interdisciplinary execution team and take on central tasks from SIA phase 41 onwards, focusing on tendering, detailed and execution planning as well as constructive coordination. The focus is on technically precise and architecturally high-quality solutions as well as the coordination of complex interfaces between architecture, specialist planning and execution. The position is aimed at execution architects, designers or technicians with solid experience in Swiss building construction.
Responsibilities:
Participation in an interdisciplinary execution team for a public major project from SIA phase 41
Processing of tendering, execution and detailed planning for demanding building constructions
Development and detailing of technically demanding construction, façade, interior finishing and connection details
Creation, coordination and ongoing quality assurance of execution and detailed plans
Implementation of plan and interface coordination between architecture, structural engineering, building services and other specialist planning
Review and integration of specialist planner, contractor and workshop plans into architectural planning
Support with tendering and specifications as well as technical clarification of contractor enquiries
Coordination of materialisation, construction and technical requirements taking into account architectural specifications
Ensuring planning complies with relevant SIA standards, Swiss building regulations and project-specific quality standards
Processing of plan changes and execution details during the realisation phase
Support of site management and project management with technical and constructive issues during execution
Qualifications:
Education as Architect FH/ETH, Technician HF Building Planning, Draftsperson EFZ specialising in Architecture or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in Switzerland in execution planning of demanding building projects
Solid experience from SIA phase 41, especially in tendering, execution and detailed planning
Very good knowledge of building construction, detailing and planning coordination
Experience with public buildings or complex major projects is an advantage
Solid knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building processes
Very good German language skills for technical project and planning coordination
