About the job
Workload: 80-100%
As a Digital Construction Specialist, you bring BIM from planning to execution - ensuring that all parties work on a reliable digital basis.
Tasks & Responsibilities
You advise project teams, planners and contractors on the practical application of BIM in infrastructure and construction projects.
You coordinate BIM processes across all planning and execution phases, with a special focus on the requirements of the construction site.
You review specialist models and ensure a consistent, construction site-ready digital project basis.
You organise and moderate BIM coordination meetings with engineering teams, planners, contractors and other project participants.
You identify and document interfaces, collisions and open coordination issues and follow up on these until resolved.
You prepare digital construction packages - models, plans, data and technical information - for the construction site and accompany their use during execution.
Profile & Requirements
You have several years of experience in BIM coordination, digital construction, engineering or construction consulting.
You have already worked with and advised various project participants.
You have very good knowledge in managing interdisciplinary planning and execution processes.
You are proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D or Revit as well as common tools for clash detection, model integration and issue management.
Ideally, you are familiar with openBIM standards such as IFC and BCF.
You communicate clearly, enjoy making binding decisions in coordination processes and work in a structured and independent manner. You have very good German and good English skills; French is an advantage. Even if you do not meet all points, we look forward to your application.
About the Team
We are an interdisciplinary team at the interface between planning and construction site, translating digital models into real added value for infrastructure projects. We value diversity, open exchange and tackle complex coordination issues together.
