Calculator (m/f/d) – bilingual (IT/DE)
Your Job
- Independent handling of project calculations and offer processing
- Calculating the production costs
- Requesting and negotiating material and subcontractor prices
- Developing and creating construction schedules
- Preparing technical reports
- Checking and developing contractor variants
- Collaboration with joint venture partners in preparing joint offers
- Cooperating with and supporting site managers
Your Profile
- Experience in calculation in the field of civil engineering / infrastructure construction / concrete construction (structural engineering)
- Experience in railway construction is desirable but not mandatory
- Completed training in the construction sector as well as further training to become a construction manager or
calculator - Several years of construction practice, preferably track construction / civil engineering and
calculation experience - Proficient in dealing with clients and site management
- Very good German skills, French is an advantage
- Precise and proactive working style
- Business and entrepreneurial thinking
- Reliable, flexible, quality-conscious and punctual
