Technical Sales Advisor Industrial Internal Sales (80%-100%)

Your Role

In a complex product environment, you are the contact person for customers and colleagues in field sales to find and offer individual solutions. With your technical know-how, you are a consultant, salesperson, problem solver, and contribute to the development of our technical department.

Your Tasks

• Supporting the customer to identify their needs within their applications.
• Close collaboration with field sales for complex customer projects
• Researching and offering solutions
• Analysing and documenting complaints
• Receiving and processing customer enquiries and orders via email, telephone or WhatsApp
• Participating in internal projects for the further development of the product range and new solutions
• Active expansion of expertise in filtration solutions of all kinds.

Your Profile

• Technical training and/or experience in HVAC, dust extraction, maintenance in the industrial sector or similar.
• You speak business fluent German, French, Italian or any other language is an advantage
• Confident handling of various Microsoft applications, ideally Dynamics.
• Independent working, initiative and diligence characterise you.
• Remarkable customer orientation and business acumen
