What you can look forward to.

Look forward to a smaller team of around 15 colleagues who, together with you, lead strategic projects in the area of business control and long-distance traffic and are responsible for cooperation and concession management. You will contribute to the strategic control of long-distance traffic and help optimise the overall view through portfolio management. What you can achieve.

• Actively shape the future of long-distance traffic: You lead strategic and organisational initiatives with high visibility and develop topics from the idea to successful implementation.
• As project manager of the business control team, you create decision-making bases for management and contribute to further developing long-distance traffic through forward-looking planning, prioritisation and control.
• Complex issues motivate you: You analyse connections, develop scenarios and derive concrete recommendations for products, services and business models.
• Together with various specialist departments, you coordinate different interests in a complex environment of authorities, specialist offices and other stakeholders, moderate demanding coordination processes and achieve sustainable solutions that have an impact across departmental boundaries.

What you bring with you.

• Analytical thinking, a quick grasp and a good sense of connections help you keep an overview even in complex situations and develop economically sustainable solution options.
• You enjoy networking internal and external stakeholders, incorporating different perspectives and achieving results together. You respond situationally to your counterpart and communicate appropriately for the audience.
• With curiosity, willingness to learn and a desire to shape, you actively contribute to our team.
• Several years of experience in strategy, corporate development and project management enable you to approach demanding topics purposefully and in a structured manner and to drive them forward.
• You have a university degree (university, university of applied sciences or ETH) and an interest in mobility and strategic issues.
• Fluent spoken and written German skills (C2) are required for this role. Additional language skills are a plus.
