Finance and Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 105,000Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, a law firm with locations in Zurich, St. Gallen and Frauenfeld, we are immediately seeking a reliable individual for the finance and accounting department. You will manage the invoicing and payment processes and support the lawyers in their administrative daily tasks. In this role, you will also be in direct contact with authorities.
Responsibilities:
You manage invoicing and payment processes
You prepare the VAT returns
You support the lawyers
You liaise with authorities
You undertake general administrative tasks
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education (EFZ) and ideally some initial experience in finance and accounting
You are very proficient in common MS Office programmes
You have excellent German language skills
You perform your tasks reliably, accurately and efficiently
You are discreet and have impeccable manners
