Shape the future of Application Management with us

As Head of Application Management Business, you will lead a team responsible for all key business applications excluding Finnova-Core. In addition to team leadership, you will also take responsibility for one or more applications yourself.

Your tasks:

Leadership:

• Professional and personnel management of the Application Management Business team (5 employees)
• Promotion and development of employees within a modern team and leadership culture

Professional:

• Operation and Support: Ensuring smooth application operation, analysing and resolving faults, providing workarounds and second-level support
• Further Development: Identifying requirements, creating roadmaps, prioritising the backlog and coordinating further developments in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Release and Test Management: Planning, specification, testing and rollout of application releases
• Documentation and Training: Creating and maintaining user and operation manuals as well as conducting application training
• Stakeholder and Partner Management: Close collaboration with departments, manufacturers and other stakeholders to ensure governance and strategic development of the applications

This is how you succeed:

• Completed degree (FH/University) in Business Informatics, Computer Science or comparable education
• Several years of leadership experience with proven competence in team development and management
• Several years of professional experience in application management in the banking environment
• Very good knowledge of processes and requirements in the banking sector
• Knowledge of the core banking system Finnova is a great advantage
• Experience with IT service management processes (e.g. ITIL) as well as project and change management
• Experience in working with various stakeholders and strong interface competence between business and IT
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High communication skills, decisiveness and entrepreneurial thinking
