Project Manager Heating (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a committed Project Manager Heating / Building Services Engineering for the independent planning and realisation of diverse heating projects in residential, office, and commercial construction. You will accompany new build, conversion, and renovation projects from technical conception through execution to commissioning and handover. In addition to planning, you will develop economical renovation solutions for existing systems and be responsible for qualitative and financial project controlling. The role combines heating technology, project management, and customer consulting with a high degree of personal responsibility.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and realisation of heating systems for office, commercial, as well as single and multi-family houses
Technical handling of new build, conversion, and renovation projects
Analysis of existing heating systems and development of renovation and optimisation concepts
Design and dimensioning of heat generation, heat distribution, and hydraulic systems
Accompanying projects from planning through execution to commissioning and handover
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality, and project progress
Preparation of calculations, quotations, and change orders
Execution of work preparation and material disposition
Coordination of installation teams, suppliers, and other project participants
Participation in construction, project, and coordination meetings
Technical consulting of clients, customers, and planning partners
Execution of project billing and post-calculations
Qualifications:
Completed training as building services planner heating EFZ, heating installer EFZ with appropriate further education or comparable qualification
Further education as chief heating fitter, project manager building services engineering, or certified technician HF building services engineering is an advantage
Professional experience in planning, execution, or project management of heating systems
Knowledge in heating technology, hydraulics, calculation, and project controlling
Good user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, ideally Abacus
Driving licence category B
Good German language skills, spoken and written
