Order Processing & Export Clerk 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are the central interface between our customers and production, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You handle customer orders from A to Z – from preparing quotes to order entry and on-time delivery. You keep track of all export formalities and take care of customs documents, delivery notes, and freight papers. You coordinate closely with logistics, schedule delivery dates, and act as a contact person for international customers. Additionally, you maintain all relevant data in our ERP system and ensure comprehensive documentation.

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed commercial training, ideally specialising in forwarding, logistics, or foreign trade

• You have initial professional experience in order processing or export

• You are familiar with customs regulations and export documents

• You work in a structured manner, keep an overview even with many simultaneous tasks, and enjoy working in a team

• You are confident with MS Office and ideally have experience with an ERP system

• You enjoy communicating with customers and colleagues – in German and English
