Planning, further development and optimisation of the existing network infrastructure with a focus on routing, switching and core networking
Administration, operation and monitoring of the network environment as well as ensuring a stable, secure and highly available network operation
Planning and implementation of network and infrastructure projects including technical conception, implementation and documentation
Carrying out 3rd-level support, fault analysis and sustainable troubleshooting in the network environment
Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of Cisco network components, especially Cisco ASR 9000 and ASR 900
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable technical qualification with several years of experience in routing & switching
Sound knowledge in the Cisco environment at least at CCNA level as well as practical experience with enterprise and core networks
Experience in the field of FTTH access, ideally with knowledge of access networks and provider infrastructures
Strong self-responsibility, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of working in a small, dynamic team
Very good German skills at native level as well as very good English skills
