Controller (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role as a Controller, you are responsible for the group-wide planning process, project and investment controlling, optimising controlling instruments, creating ad-hoc analyses, and working closely with management and in group-wide projects.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning process at group level of the company, including the processes for project and investment controlling
- Content and technical quality assurance of the group- and division-specific components of the planning
- Ensuring substitutions during absences in the planning team as well as for reporting to management and the board of directors
- Further development and optimisation of controlling instruments, especially with a focus on the planning process
- Creation of ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making
- Participation in group-wide projects
Qualifications:
- Degree in business administration with a focus on controlling
- At least 3 years of experience in controlling, preferably in a group function with a focus on the planning process (ideally with SAP BPC)
- Precise, independent and responsible working style
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent and results-oriented working style with an eye for the essentials
- Excellent Excel skills; knowledge of administrative systems SAP CO, BPC, and BW is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills to promote open and interdisciplinary collaboration
