Role:
In this role, you design a modern, secure, and high-performance Microsoft 365 infrastructure that optimally supports the digital workplace. You take responsibility for the planning, implementation, and further development of M365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and other cloud components. You analyse requirements, design suitable solutions, and implement them technically cleanly and reliably. You ensure smooth operation, carry out optimisations, and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure high user satisfaction. In addition, you contribute your expertise to projects, evaluate new technologies in the M365 environment, and thus actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT landscape.
Responsibilities:
You develop the M365 and Azure cloud products further and take responsibility for their operation
You contribute to the reliable and secure operation of the company-wide IT system landscape
You share responsibility for the IT security of all systems within your area of responsibility
You implement compliance and protection measures in the Microsoft 365 environment
In addition, you document configurations and continuously optimise existing services
Qualifications:
You have several years of professional experience with Microsoft 365, ideally in the area of compliance or security
You have sound knowledge of Microsoft Purview (Data Classification, DLP, Information Protection)
You have a solid technical understanding of the Microsoft 365 architecture and the underlying services
You work in a structured manner and convince with problem-solving and communication skills
You act reliably, goal-oriented, and independently and bring a strong team spirit
You have very good spoken and written German and English skills
