Microsoft System & Cloud Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Management of a fixed customer portfolio of SME clients including technical consulting and personal contact person
Planning and implementation of IT projects such as cloud migrations, on-premise to Azure/Microsoft 365, hybrid cloud, and modern workplace
Further development and securing of existing Microsoft infrastructures including security hardening
Handling demanding 2nd-/3rd-level escalations as well as analysis and sustainable resolution of complex faults
Close collaboration with solution architects, engineering, and operations teams in implementing technical solutions
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a system engineer in the Microsoft environment with own project experience
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Microsoft Azure, and Windows Server
Experience with Hyper-V, Veeam Backup & Replication, Active Directory, GPO, RDS as well as basic network and security technologies
Strong customer orientation, independent working style, and enjoyment of direct customer contact; understanding of
Ideally Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, AZ-104 or AZ-800 as well as experience in the MSP/service provider environment
