Building Services Engineer Heating / Cooling
For our Building and Energy Technology department, we are looking for a qualified individual to strengthen our team.
Area of Activity
- You will work on new build and refurbishment projects for our clients in all phases, handling the projects both in the planning and implementation stages.
- You will play a central role in our projects. In the interdisciplinary environment of our building services department, you are the competent contact for all questions relating to heating and cooling.
- Topics such as renewable energies, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness play a central role in our projects.
- You will capture customer needs, review solution options, and independently organise the planning and execution of your projects.
Requirements
- You have a basic qualification as a building services engineer and/or further training as a technician TS/HF in the field of building services and ideally already have several years of professional experience in construction.
- You have a quick grasp, appreciate teamwork, and can motivate others.
- You are used to working independently and solution-oriented, but also value teamwork.
- You enjoy coordinating with multiple project participants.
- Enjoyment in dealing with customers and constantly new challenges complete your profile.
