You want to design, implement and take technical responsibility for modern IT infrastructures for SMEs? In this role, you will manage diverse system landscapes with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server and network technologies. In addition to demanding technical tasks, you will take on the management of customer projects and specifically develop existing IT environments.
You will be in close contact with customers, recognise their needs and develop suitable IT solutions. You will also support offers, presentations and the acquisition of new projects. You can expect a varied working environment where technical expertise, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking are required.
Responsibilities:
Planning, implementation and operation of modern IT solutions for SMEs
Support and further development of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, network, security and backup environments
Handling demanding support cases at 2nd and 3rd level as well as optimisation of existing customer infrastructures
Management of IT projects from needs analysis to successful implementation
Consulting customers and developing suitable technical solution concepts
Support with offers, presentations and acquisition of new customer projects
Qualifications:
Completed IT training EFZ in platform development or system technology; further training at HF or FH level is an advantage
Several years of experience as a system engineer, ideally in an SME environment
Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, virtualisation, networks, security and backup/recovery
Experience in project management or motivation to take on project responsibility in the future
Enjoyment of customer contact, confident appearance and clear communication
Independent, solution-oriented working style with entrepreneurial thinking
Willingness for on-call duty; certifications from Microsoft, Fortinet, Veeam or VMware are an advantage
Good German language skills
