HR Manager 80%-100% - 6-month Fixed-term Contract
Job Description
- You will manage the administrative life cycle of employees from their entry to their exit (AHV/occupational pension requests, drafting employment contracts/certificates, managing changes, maintaining personnel files)
- You will be responsible for managing social insurances (sickness/accident declarations, time management, absence processing)
- You will support the payroll department (data entry, changes, checks)
- You will ensure compliance with legal, regulatory provisions and internal directives regarding human resources
Profile Sought
- Holder of a human resources assistant certificate
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within an SME-type structure
- Knowledge of Abacus is an asset
- Service-minded, flexible, team-oriented
- Available quickly (October/November) for a 6-month assignment
