The Domaine de La Gracieuse in Lonay is recruiting for its home care unit, a:

The main duties are:

• Accompany the Patient during the completion of their daily living activities, under delegation from the nursing and medical team
• Observe, assess and document in the Patients' electronic file their resources and needs
• Be attentive to the quality of care and support provided to the Patient
• Maintain the Patient's immediate environment
• Demonstrate empathy, patience and the ability to work as part of a team
• Participate in an interdisciplinary approach to Patient care

Desired profile:

• Health auxiliary diploma 120h00 CRS or equivalent diploma
• Oral and written proficiency in French
• Experience in a similar position
• Training in elderly care (an advantage)
