Active management and support of IT services including current service documentation
Responsibility for the internal workplace as well as technical support when needed
Further development of IT service management systems and processes
Creation of SLA and performance reports as well as support in transferring new services into operation
Responsibility for service and process audits as well as leading and implementing IT projects
Qualifications:
Completed studies in computer science or business informatics (HF/FH) and at least 3 years of experience in ICT service management
Strong solution-oriented thinking and acting
Communicative, motivated and committed personality
Very good German skills spoken and written
