Trust Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you take on a diverse and responsible task in trust accounting and contribute to the sustainable success of the mandates with your careful working style. You are responsible for the professional handling of your files and work purposefully and independently in a motivating environment. Responsibilities:
- You independently manage the accounting of your clients
- You prepare VAT returns punctually
- You prepare meaningful annual financial statements and finalise them
- In this role, you take over the complete personnel administration for your mandates
- As a trust accounting specialist, you plan and monitor cash management
- You create and update forward-looking liquidity plans
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training as a financial and accounting specialist or are currently undergoing this training.
- You possess very good knowledge in accounting and ideally have experience in preparing financial statements.
- Knowledge in human resources is an advantage and rounds off your profile in the financial area.
- You work precisely, reliably, and independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
- You are confident with MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Your customer-oriented, trustworthy, and team-capable manner shapes collaboration with internal and external contacts.
