Clerk Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF60,000 - 85,000Our ROCKEN partner is an established Swiss company in the industrial sector. The focus is on high-quality products, reliable business processes, and the continuous development of modern solutions.
Role:
As a Clerk Finance and Accounting at our ROCKEN partner, you will take on diverse tasks in accounts receivable management, insurance, and financial administration. You will prepare VAT returns and support the branches with technical questions. Within the finance team, you will act as deputy and represent the Head of Finance during their absence. The position is available immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities:
* You independently process applications for advance payment guarantees, performance guarantees, and warranty guarantees.
* In insurance matters, you manage the All Risk insurance and handle claims.
* Accounts receivable management including debt collection and credit checks is part of your duties.
* You prepare VAT returns and manage rental contracts.
* You support and advise the branches on technical matters and conduct corresponding training sessions.
* Within the finance team, you ensure mutual representation and act as deputy for the Head of Finance during their absence.
Qualifications:
* A completed commercial apprenticeship and experience in financial accounting form your professional foundation.
* You have completed or are at an advanced stage of further training as a Clerk Finance and Accounting.
* You have solid Excel skills and use them confidently in daily work.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX facilitates your entry into the tasks.
