A versatile challenge for an experienced system engineer with a focus on Microsoft infrastructures and cloud technologies. In this role, you take technical responsibility for customer environments, accompany infrastructure projects, and specifically develop existing IT solutions further.
Besides technical implementation, consulting plays an important role. Initiative, a strong understanding of customer requirements, and the willingness to take responsibility even in complex support cases are required.
Responsibilities:
Planning and technical implementation of IT infrastructure projects for various customers
Support and continuous optimisation of existing Microsoft and cloud environments
Responsibility for the technical operation of defined customer platforms
Handling demanding 3rd-level support cases and assistance with complex infrastructure problems
Technical consulting in the development and introduction of new IT solutions
Participation in the further development of cloud, virtualisation, and security concepts
Qualifications:
Completed IT education with further training and several years of professional experience as a system engineer
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, MAM and MDM as well as practical experience with Azure IaaS
Solid know-how in Microsoft Server, Active Directory, GPO and scripting
Experience in the administration and support of virtualisation platforms
Interest in IT security and ideally corresponding practical experience or Microsoft certifications
Customer-oriented and independent personality with confident German; driving licence category B for possible onsite assignments is an advantage
