Your Tasks

• Advising customers on mobile communications, smartphones, accessories, and digital products
• Identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions
• Active selling of products and services
• Assisting with device changes, activations, and other service requests
• Answering questions about digital products and their use
• Maintaining and attractively arranging the sales area
• Supporting stock management and inventories
• Handling various administrative tasks
• Collaborating with the team in daily sales and service operations

Your Profile

• Work experience in customer contact, sales, or service sector is an advantage
• Career changers are explicitly welcome
• Interest in smartphones, technology, and digital products
• Enjoyment of personal customer contact and advising
• Open, communicative, and friendly personality
• Willingness to learn and motivation to acquire new expertise
• Reliable, independent, and customer-oriented working style
• Very good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage
