• Independent creation of design, execution and detail plans for new buildings, conversions and renovations
• Planning and developing projects directly on the digital three-dimensional model
• Collaboration in all planning phases from project study to execution planning
• Creation of submission plans as well as support during building permit procedures
• Active exchange with architects, authorities, specialist planners and craftsmen

your skills

• Successfully completed basic training as a draughtsman specialising in architecture or comparable qualification
• Enjoyment of modern architecture, sustainable construction methods and precise detail planning
• Sound knowledge of common CAD software
• Interest in digital planning and modern working methods
• Independent, structured working style as well as a strong team spirit
