Altrajob supports its client, a company active in the industrial sector. To strengthen its Human Resources department, we are looking for a:
HR Generalist at 80% M/F
>>> Your tasks:
- Ensure the administrative management of temporary employees
- Participate in managing the employee lifecycle, from entry to departure
- Manage personnel files and ensure follow-up of HR documents
- Provide support in payroll management and monitoring of variable elements
- Respond to routine employee requests and ensure HR administrative follow-up
- Contribute to the smooth running of the Human Resources department
>>> Your profile:
Holding the HRSE certificate for HR managers or an equivalent qualification, you have at least 5 years of experience in human resources, in personnel administrative management.
Experience supporting payroll management would be an asset.
You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German (B1 level) and/or English (B1 level).
Organised, rigorous and with a good sense of service, you enjoy teamwork and know how to manage priorities with autonomy and discretion.
