IT Network Administrator (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact for internal and external customers regarding IT matters
You record and process fault reports in the ticket system
You install and configure hardware and software
You take over the maintenance of workstation systems
Qualifications:
You have an IT education or comparable qualification and at least 2 years of professional experience
You bring experience in setting up, managing, and maintaining corporate networks
You are familiar with the IT requirements in vocational education and enjoy supporting learners
You have very good German language skills
