Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a site supervising heating installer for the independent handling of diverse heating installations in new build and renovation projects. You will take operational responsibility for small and large construction sites, coordinate the installation team and ensure the professional execution of building technology work. In addition to practical installation, you will be responsible for material disposition, site organisation and reporting and coordinate the work with project management and other trades. The role combines sound heating technology knowledge with site responsibility and technical leadership.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and organisation of small and large construction sites in the heating sector
Technical leadership and deployment planning of the installation and assembly team
Execution and coordination of heating installations in new build, renovation and refurbishment projects
Assembly and installation of heat generation, heat distribution and heat emission systems
Implementation of installations according to execution plans, schematics and technical specifications
Coordination of interfaces with sanitary, ventilation, electrical and other building technology trades
Responsibility for material orders, material disposition and site logistics
Monitoring of deadlines, execution quality and work progress on the managed construction sites
Management of reporting as well as recording of work performance, material consumption and additional work
Conducting functional checks, commissioning and acceptance of the executed heating installations
Ensuring execution in accordance with relevant SIA standards, SVGW requirements and occupational safety regulations
Technical coordination with project management, site management, specialist planners and executing companies
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as a heating installer EFZ
Further training as a chief heating installer or comparable technical further education
Several years of professional experience in assembly and installation of heating systems
Experience in site management and technical leadership of installation teams
Sound knowledge of heating technology, plan reading, material disposition and reporting
Knowledge of relevant Swiss standards and occupational safety regulations
